Alva’s Fitness Boot Camp is a new and innovative way to get in shape while having fun in the great outdoors. This is Fitness Boot camp, where all sessions are taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. Alva’s Fitness has combined calisthenics, the one-on-one attention of a personal trainer, and the motivation of group fitness to create the perfect body toning and sculpting workout.


REMEMBER: Alva’s Fitness boot camps are not only about military exercises designed for 18 year olds, it has programs were any age or gender can participate. Alva’s Fitness Boot Camp is about being appropriate, challenging, fun and safe. Our exercises will sculpt your body the right way as quickly as possible.
 
Our workouts are designed to increase your strength, endurance, cardiovascular condition, self esteem, and overall physical condition. All of these areas are improved while having fun and creating new found friends.  Alva’s Fitness will challenge you to accomplish goals you never thought possible, and with the help of your Trainers and friends in the group you will push through each challenge. Every participant will be required to pass a fitness evaluation at the end of the eight week session.
 
Based upon your initial fitness evaluation, Alva’s Fitness will place you in either a beginner, intermediate, or advanced class, taught by certified Trainers. Alva’s Fitness Boot camp Trainers will challenge you with physical activity to increase your cardiovascular endurance and muscular strength, which will help create a leaner healthier you. To complete the transformation, Alva’s Fitness will also give you weekly nutritional information to help you cleanse and revitalize your body.

This is all done in a group setting where everyone is encouraged to motivate and uplift their peers to accomplish their goals.

Personal Training

(To ensure the safety and well being of our clients, a health history and fitness assessment is mandatory for all new clients. Sessions are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.)


Fitness Consultation and Program Development

This includes a complete health history evaluation, and assessment with one of our fitness trainers. From the information gathered we will create a complete fitness program designed specifically for you!


Fitness Assessment

The fitness assessment includes a 3 site body composition test, circumference measurements, YMCA step test to measure recovery heart rate, muscular endurance testing and a flexibility test.
